I did not like waiting over an hour after the scheduled time. I came 30 min. early and still waited over another hour. I was freezing in that room with a strong vent. The hall ac vent cover was very dirty. Filter may be worse. Otherwise it went well.
I am so grateful for this Physician and his team! He had amazing bed side manner took the time to explain my issue and treatment plan moving forward. Thank you so much for your help
Dr Nelson takes the time to listen to the patient and see gets to the root of the problem so that he can see what can be done to fix it not just medicate it. I appreciate that he explains what may be causing it and what procedures or intervention that may help. Each visit he makes sure to ask if there are any new concerns or if you are starting to have any side effects from the medication. His nurses the office staff are some great Ladies they are caring, patient, helpful, and friendly. They take time to remember the patient and speak to you like a friend not just a patient.
The staff have been nice to me so far. I had an epidural this morning and I hope that it works. The doctor is short and to the point. I am okay with that as long as he knows what he is doing. This was the first time I did a procedure like this in an office setting. I don't know what I was expecting, it was different. Dr. Nelson explained everything to me before, during and after the procedure. I did not have to wait and I liked that within 30 min's I was on my way.
I have a been a patient of Dr. Neleson’s for years now. He’s always professional and courteous. He takes your concerns seriously and is very straight forward with your treatment plans. I have recommended him to many people over the years. I appreciate all the help he has given me.
