Essence Apartments

I recently moved into The Essence of North Dallas Apartments and it has been a wonderful place to call home! Miriam and Isabel were very professional, friendly, helpful and always available. They are a gem of a staff. If you are looking for a place to Call in North Dallas, this is the place to be.

As a Customer Experience Manager, customer experience is everything to me. So far, from what I have experienced, my site tour was great. The application process and communication at first was not desirable. Once I communicated my concerns, the staff here at Essence at North Dallas took a two star experience and turned it into a Five Star experience. Thank you for the adjustment and the great customer experience. I signed my lease and very happy I made the decision to live here.

I received a very comfortable and professional attention for Miriam. She makes sure your visit is very pleasant. And the best of all is that he speaks Spanish

Pedro is the BEST!!!! I haven't even lived here at the Essence for a month yet. He not only fixed the maintenance request he had in his hands, but everything I asked him about. He was very funny, friendly and a dedicated professional. He is spot on with his work. I hope he comes to my door every time for my maintenance needs. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were taken care of. I'm glad we chose to make the Essence at North Dallas our home. ~Marcie
