“The staff and members are super friendly, it’s a very welcoming environment. The only drawback is that they don’t have any Bella Barbells (at least that I’ve seen). I lift competitively from time to time and I want to be able to practice with barbells similar to what I’d be using in competition. Plus the skinnier bars are easier for me to grip and maintain form on things like cleans and snatches. Edit: I didn’t think to just ask for a Bella bar. I appreciate Hans responding so quickly. “Nice little neighborhood gym. 24hrs open. Gym is always clean and no issues with equipment. Towel and water provided. Would highly recommend for people who are trying to avoid big gyms and just want to do their workouts without disturbance. Staff is very friendly.”
