(May 6, 2022, 2:25 pm)Not sure the lady I spoke with but she was SO amazing and SO helpful! I’ll be a new resident in Texas and she gave me so much information. Everywhere I’ve called couldn’t hardly tell me anything. This is a very nice place with very friendly staff, made me feel welcomed and I’m not even in TX yet :)
(July 23, 2021, 1:30 pm)Our building is on Pecan street. The area is very eclectic and there are many small businesses around the neighborhood and a park all within a walking distance. It's a charming location. Ive found the Management and Staff to be pleasant and fair. Me and my kiddos enjoy the area. This is a Historic district so this is not a new structure. However,I have found The Office Manager to be pretty quick with any repair requests that I've had.

found this at 8400 Stonebrook parkway (Silverado apt) next to the basketball court at 6 pm last night. It saw like this all night. No lock out tag out and kids playing 10 feet away.
