I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding management team at Bexley Frisco, especially regarding their handling of handicap spot assignments. From the very beginning, they demonstrated an exceptional level of care and consideration for residents with special needs.

When I requested a designated handicap parking spot, the team responded swiftly and efficiently. They went out of their way to ensure that the spot was conveniently located and easily accessible to my apartment, making my daily life significantly easier.

What impressed me most was the team’s commitment to accommodating my needs with sensitivity and professionalism. They took the time to understand my situation and worked closely with me to find the best solution. The process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way.

From the moment we stepped into the leasing office, the welcoming atmosphere was evident and Jhoanna from the office staff was very friendly and helpful.
