“I love this office space. It's not a huge building (which is a plus for me) so there's plenty of parking and you get really great personalized attention from the staff. The manager of the property, Tawnya Dodd is a pleasure to deal with. She is professional, responsive, and takes the time to understand you business enough to provide the specific front line support you need. I've used several shared office spaces in my career. They are usually managed by (not to sound agist) a really young person who just doesn't have the professional demenue or experience that Tawnya has. I'm not sure who her manager is but if they're reading these reviews they should know that Tawnya make a huge difference!”

“All I can say is wow! God brought 3:16 Realty into our lives at just the right time. We moved out of our house before ever putting it on the market. In fact, we moved far enough away that we would not be able to be there when repairmen, inspectors, etc… came by the house. Through all this the team at 3:16 Realty was there. They showed up at every inspection and helped us source contractors to repair items on the inspection. This team is truly a gift from God. Typical of any house in Texas there is bound to be foundation issues. However, being from another state this never occurred to me! As such, when I was told that my house had foundation issues I was incredibly distressed. I expected a huge repair bill! However, the team at 3:16 Realty re-focused my attention on God and walked me through the entire process. Going as far as to find a foundation company and schedule the repairs! Through God’s provision what I thought was going to be a huge bill ended up being the smallest bill I had ever heard of for foundation repairs. This is just one of many instances where this team helped me (a distressed seller) find, re-focus, and align on what to do for the house I was selling. I could go on and on about their 20+ years experience living and being realtors in the DFW area. Or how they did a very detailed pre-inspection pointing out what an inspector might find and what should and should not be repaired or replaced. But this is a long review already and if you have read this far you need to talk to them today! Truly, to God be the glory. Without God putting this team into my life I would not have been able to sell my house. One final thing I would add. “I fell on hard times and found myself starting over from scratch. I moved in during the lockdown and Preston Trace was a blessing to me. Where my apartment was located, it was quiet and peaceful; and my neighbors were phenomenal--always checking on me. Mgmt did change a couple of times when I was there, but they were always pleasant and helped with whatever I needed (even though sometimes workers from the outside could be slow to show up to get the work done). Our onsite maintenance, Anna, was always pleasant, quick to respond and ready to help whenever I called. They didn't act like I was getting on their nerves. lol. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine, and my only complaint would be pet waste (like all apartments). If you're trying to get back on your feet, this is the spot!”
