I have been attending classes since April and really enjoy the Pilates and Beyond 500 classes. All of their instructors are fantastic and the classes are never boring. I am stronger and leaner than I have been in years.
Absolutely love Beyond Pilates. I have grown so much stronger and fitter thanks to Beyond !! Have been a member for over 2 years. Love the studio, the teaching crew and the classes they provide. It’s truly my happy place.
I can't say enough great things about Beyond Studios - workout is incredible. I've done all kinds of workouts but found myself here after recovering from injuries and as a first timer, Pilates was intimidating. However, the instructors are so helpful and patient, making modification suggestions for clients of all levels. Every instructor is a little bit different but I've enjoyed every one of them and their workout because it's always different. I honestly feel like I'm toned in a different way than I've ever been, feeling strong not just fit. You can't go wrong with Beyond Studios Frisco!!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! ALL of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feeling safe. I always have a great work out and leave feeling good. Definitely consider this place for your fitness goals!
My daughter and I just finished a week of classes here and loved it. Neither of us had done reformer pilates before so attended an intro class which I would recommend if you are new so that you can get acquainted with the equipment and basic moves. The instructors all have their own style and made the workouts challenging but fun - especially Kay! We never did the same workout twice which was wonderful and all of the workouts were modified based on your level and worked the whole body. Overall a great experience!
