2nd 5 star review but much service on my Tacoma by Frisco store. Caleb and the team helped me decide on a suspension that suited my needs that I could not make a final decision on my own. Finally gave it over as I always do because they have always been right. On pick up, I drove down the block and my Tacoma was prefect! Exactly what he said to me and what I exactly wanted. It was stiffer as I wanted and it reacted exactly like I wanted it! Conclusion: I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out myself vs, just listening to Caleb and the team in the Frisco store in the first place as usual. The team in the store was/is always engaged in the situation at hand which is great because I always get educated every time I walk in which is fun and what all this 4W is about? Long review, but what this Frisco store and all of the employees has done for me, and my especially for my truck is, well part of why I feel the Tacoma pride. Go to the Frisco store, with anything, they will take the time to help you. Thanks!!!

The team is on point and very helpful. The covered their warranty professionally and helped me navigate the dealer and their refusal to cover their end. I worked primarily with Jacob T and the guys was great.

The moment I walked into this store I knew I was at the right place for the many ideas and needs for my new 2022 Off-Road Tacoma. Every employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I never felt as though I was a bother with their time, and they were always willing to understand my lack of knowledge on all the mods I wanted and educate me in a humble way as to not make me feel, uneducated. The prevalent word throughout my journey for my modifications for this store and its employees is TRUST. Each and every time I had an idea the employees would take their time and educate me on my best options. I am not new to trucks for sure but certainly new to mods for trucks. I had some expensive ideas, and I was actually grounded several times by their education and experience that ended up causing me to spend less at times and they never tried to up-sale me on anything. I had to have the TRUST with my new 2022 and with the honest recommendations to be able to trust myself that I was making the right decisions for this new truck. At this point, I look at my truck every time I walk away from it and smile because it is exactly what I envisioned thanks to 4wp in Frisco. They greeted me each time with my name and was very patient with me and educated me knowing I was new to mods. They said it could not be done. They said there’s no way. 4WP Frisco said yeah let’s do it! 2021 Jeep Wrangler 392 on 42’s running an EVO 4.5 Overland kit with Fox 2.5 Elite Resi’s and Fox 2.0 bumstops. Joe, Nick and the crew killed it with this build. The wife’s 392 has now become one major head turner. Drives and rides like a dream! YES it can be done!!!
