“2nd 5 star review but much service on my Tacoma by Frisco store. Caleb and the team helped me decide on a suspension that suited my needs that I could not make a final decision on my own. Finally gave it over as I always do because they have always been right. On pick up, I drove down the block and my Tacoma was prefect! Exactly what he said to me and what I exactly wanted. It was stiffer as I wanted and it reacted exactly like I wanted it! Conclusion: I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out myself vs, just listening to Caleb and the team in the Frisco store in the first place as usual. The team in the store was/is always engaged in the situation at hand which is great because I always get educated every time I walk in which is fun and what all this 4W is about? Long review, but what this Frisco store and all of the employees has done for me, and my especially for my truck is, well part of why I feel the Tacoma pride. Go to the Frisco store, with anything, they will take the time to help you. Thanks!!!”

“My wife took me here for my birthday and it was an awesome experience! The staff was kind and very attentive and they explained things very well for us first timers. We got the pork chop skewers since they're known for their pork chop, but I did wish they had a smaller portion for dinner. We went for the NY Strip flights for the experience and the mac and cheese. Everything including the bread they give out and the dessert was delicious!”

“This 7-11 is honestly my favorite gas station to go to. It's always clean and it's never crazy crowded. The manager guy and the clerks are super friendly and they always remember you and talk to you about your day. Honestly it's probably better than a Buccees just because it's small and not super crowded. The soda machines are always working too.”

Liz went above and beyond in explaining all the features of the different mattress options and made me feel very comfortable, while taking my time laying on each one! I felt like I was talking with one of my friends going through this process. She is patient, thorough, friendly and fun. She honestly loves what she does & it shows. What a great experience! “This is how Brazilian Dining should be done. The waiter was WELL over the top as far as theatrics go. Dessert was on fire. Drinks were poured with love & care. Wine was babied into glass with wonderful aeration. Expect 2 drinks + your dinner to run you $160+ worth every penny. The meat was delicious, the drinks were properly mixed. I cannot say enough about this location. For my first time dining here I was impressed”

“I called the Frisco office on Preston Road today, December 8, 2021, because I was looking for a car wash location that I had previously used after renting a car through Avis. I had the good fortune to speak to the owner, Heinrich. I explained to him that I wasn't looking to rent a car but for directions to a car wash I believed was near his office. While speaking to him I lost the connection. Ten minutes later, he called me back to provide directions and make suggestions. I was very impressed because I had already explained to him that I wasn't looking for his business but another one. He was so gracious and patient in providing help and time to a stranger which did not involve his business interest that, to me anyway, it said a lot about his character. I was truly impressed with Heinrich's helpfulness and customer service and felt it was necessary to let everyone else no what good service is if they have never experienced it. “My wife got both her loves & helix (cartilage) piercings by Shy. She was so amazing and great with my wife. She explained the process well, what earrings would be best. She even told my wife and me about herself. It was so awesome that she was a licensed piercer! My wife said she is going back to get her other helix (cartilage) pierced when our daughter unicorn earrings come in. This is the best experience my wife has have with a person. I would recommend Shy to anyone that needs a piercing down! I would give her higher than 10 star rating.”

She taught us everything about diamonds and made the process enjoyable.
