(October 9, 2020, 7:16 pm)I’ve been to a few different Nissan service centers throughout the years. Some with less than great service providers. This time, it’s like they had a complete staff or attitude makeover! My service provider was Ryan J., he was nice, efficient, explained things in a detailed enough manner to someone who knows little to nothing about cars. It’s easy to feel like some service providers are trying to sell you...well, services that may not be necessary, again especially to someone who knows nothing about cars, but I def didn’t get that sense this time around. Everything was simple, straight to the point, and easy from check-in to check-out. Checkout girl was also very friendly and personable.
(September 25, 2020, 1:12 pm)Excellent service dept. They tell you upfront what’s needed and what the cost will be. No sudden, expensive surprises. I live nowhere close to Crest Nissan but will continue to have my Rogue taken care of there as long as they maintain their high customer standards.

He understood what I wanted and made it all happen as effortlessly as possible. Robb was super with our financing and closing. I will definitely give them my business again and happily recommend them to my friends!
(August 12, 2020, 6:28 pm)Once again the service department at Crest Nissan is second to none. I would say this was my best service from a dealer service center ever. My service provider Gary was courteous, professional and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The vehicle was completed when promised and had been cleaned and sanitized on appropriate areas.
(July 25, 2020, 9:42 am)I had several issues with my car that needed to be addressed! I received a call from Drake in the Service Department! He provided me with up to date information on my vehicle! As, they would start with each issue and estimated timeframes when my vehicle would be ready! If you ever need a great Service Agent go see Drake at Crest Nissan! He is exceptional! I will be recommending all my family and friends to him! I can’t express my gratitude enough for all he did! Well job done Drake!!!
