“We were there on a busy Friday afternoon. We did make an appointment, but only an hour in advance. We saw multiple people walk-in without appointments and be helped while we were there. I enjoyed the vibe, but anyone with sensory issues would find this place horrible. - There is music playing (louder than "background" music) and posters all over. My 16 yo sons haircut turned out great. We talked to the technician and asked what she thought would look best on his face and what was in style and she explained what she thought very well and then did a great job of doing exactly that. He was thrilled and feels like he found his new look. We'll be back!”

“Been here twice so far since 2018. Both were great experiences. I went there this week for an eye exam and some new frames. Luis was the rep helping me. This guy was great. We immediately connected and he swept the place to find me the perfect pair of round frames to suit me. He found about six pairs for me to try. But to be honest, the second or third pair were the ones I really liked and ended up choosing. He let me take my time in choosing and helped me weigh the options of all of them.
