“I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people who work there. I always hate going to the dentist but they made it such a comfortable and peaceful experience all the way through. I got 4 crowns put in (attached photos below of before and after) The dental technician that made my beautiful crowns worked chairside with the doctor to ensure everything went well and she could make changes as needed/wanted. This is an added service that very few doctors offer so I feel so lucky to have had that added comfort of her being there and really working with me. It showed me how important the case was to her. The team at Prime Time is top tier. From the front desk to the doctors. They took their time to explain everything to make sure I knew what was going on and felt comfortable. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I went through a couple of different surgeries at different times throughout a 3 year series of changes with and after braces. All 4 wisdom teeth and a cuspid extraction with bone graft, followed by an implant several months later. The team was extremely professional and thorough in their explanations in each step of the process. Staff was clear and concise in their expectations of both the cost & procedure. I credit the quick and easy recovery of both procedures to the quality of the work from Dr. Simpson and team. I want to also mention leading up to my second surgery I was pregnant and wanted to time the last surgery while I was on maternity leave. The team took extra care and precaution, which speaks volumes in the care they have for their patients. I intend complete wisdom extractions for my teenagers with Dr. Simpson and team.”

“I would highly recommend Sigma. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming. The staff that I interacted with were very professional and nice. They kept asking how I was doing. The doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. The assistant during my procedure was excellent. They were very attentive She offered to put Vaseline on my lips. That was a first! No other dental office ever did that. All in all, this was the best experience I had for a root canal procedure. I would go back to them for future treatment.
