Good, honest family owned business that cares about producing quality products. Thanks again!
TJ saved my project and my sanity and I am looking forward to going back. With the recent weather our company calendar got all thrown off and materials were not able to reach the projects in time. I reached out and say "hey I need this color of stone in this amount - what is my expected timeline?" After being told 3-4 WEEKS by other companies I cannot express my surprised delight when I was told 48 hours. Communication on my project was stellar and even more of a compliment...my husband was very pleased with the quality. Thanks a million guys! We will see you again soon! Thumbs up for amazing customer service. T.J. was very patient with us as we made our stone choice and even more patient as we ironed out the details of our order. Despite being obviously busy (we were walk in customers) we never felt rushed. As well as great customer service you can not get better prices anywhere , and I've called stoneyards from Houston up to Tulsa for full and thin veneer stone.
I was working here in Pawnee and working late, so I stopped by Casey's and asked the girl named Summer in the kitchen if she could make me a pizza. I have eaten lots of pizza before, but I will never forget this one! It was the best pizza I have ever had hands down. The only thing I didn't like was that the corporate office makes them put the sliced ham on the bottom. Now we all know ham is the moistest meat out there. So when they cook it the water expels and the bottom of the crust gets soggy. That is a big No No for pizza. But she did what she could, with what she had. This girl not only made me a fantastic pizza from Caseys ( who would have thought ) but she put her pride in what she was doing and it showed. I'm sorry to say I couldn't remember her name for a week, and the next day I came in and she saw me and said " how are you today Terry " I know I only told her my name once and she never forgot it. I was very impressed!! I just hope that the company realizes what a rare and fantastic asset they have, and maybe have her train some ppl on customer service and work ethics.
