Robert got me a better deal than what I had previously, with a different provider. He was very quick to get all my documents drafted and work with me to get my other policy cancelled. Thanks Robert! Looking forward to working with you long term for my insurance needs.

Robert is the kind of person you want in your corner. He is one of the most responsive person I know, plus his willingness to help each individual person is incredible. My experience with Farmers Insurance, specifically with the Insurance Agent - Robert, as well as the Claims specialist- Rick, was more than I have ever experienced. I switched from my 'old' Insurance company to Farmer's in 2020. I found that Farmer's insurance Home Owners and Auto Insurance was noticeably less than what I was already paying, plus the experience with the old service team lacked communication, so I was looking for a change.

I must say the customer service, along with the follow through on all aspects of my Claim has been absolutely impeccable. I found myself in an unfortunate situation of having to replace my pipes under the home. There is no convenient time for this to occur and nobody wants to spend thousands of dollars on getting a service issue repaired, however, Robert and his team followed through on each step of the process. The Claims specialist, Rick, took my information for my Claim and expedited my Claims reimbursement within 24 hours, making my 'out of pocket' much less.
