“Update: I have had issues with preauthorizations, backordered drugs, out-of-stock medications, and general lack of understanding of insurance. The lack of available medications can result in very unpleasant symptoms and safety concerns due to abrupt cessation. Expect ZERO communication from techs. You will not discover an issue until you arrive to pick up your medication. I don’t know how to resolve these issues. They seem systemic. Five stars for convenience, speediness, kindness, and the monthly excitement of a medication lottery! RPh Leo!!! What a problem solver.
