Showed up 20 minutes before closing time on a Friday night. Exceptional customer service. The product is what it is - same brands, same varieties. The customer service is what made the difference - able to meet and exceed discounts offered by the competition in the same shopping center, patient with a mischievous 6 year old jumping on all the display beds, accommodating with delivery time - this is what put the money in this particular cash register. If you need a bed, this is the place - and they'll go out of their way to work with your budget. Couldn't ask for more or better

I went into Mattress Firm just to browse and test out a few mattresses. Wesley was outstanding, he explained the differences on each mattress and made my experience very painless. Thank you Wesley for such great customer service. I’m sure I will enjoy my new mattress.

Wesley was very patient with us and listened to our needs he helped us find the perfect mattress, he also adjusted our delivery date because we are painting the interior of our home and didn’t need it right away. From the second I walked in I was greeted by Wesley. He took the time to find exactly what mattress I need. I never once felt rushed or pressured. I got my mattress yesterday, I can’t say enough good things about him and my purchase. I appreciate it so much. He is very knowledgeable.

We came in and were immediately greeted and helped by Justin at the Bridford parkway Mattress Firm. Justin was a pleasure to work with, he was very precise in detail, wasn’t pushy on making a sale, and helped us find the right mattress for us. He was very accommodating in letting us take our time to figure out what mattress we wanted.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sorin and the team highly enough. I have even told folks from out of state about my treatment. I have suffered from migraines for over 40 years. They began when I was 7. However, in my 40’s they became an almost daily problem. I was having headaches everyday. And migraines 24 out of 30 days at least. My PCP recommended I see Dr. Sorin. When I called I was asked a serious of questions. And told I had to have a referral. I didn’t need one for my insurance so I didn’t want to take the extra step and go back for the paperwork. Boy was that a mistake! I ended up seeing another neurologist for over 3 years. Headaches improved. I was down to having a migraine only 20 out of 30 days if I was lucky. Still headaches everyday. Again my PCP insisted I had to see Dr. Sorin. This time - I got the referral. I filled out the paperwork. And I saw immediate improvements in 1 month of seeing Dr. Timm. When I went back for my monthly checkup. I told her I was thrilled! I was down to 10 migraines a month and that I could live with. She told me - her goal was for me to be not only migraine free but headache free. After a year doing their Protocal for me. I can now go MONTHS without a migraine. It’s so refreshing to have a treat the entire person. I’m even treated fir seasonal migraines (which I was told is impossible to treat!). I know this is long. But so many suffer from migraines. And you don’t know what life can be like headache free!!! Take time for yourself and get into this office!!!
