Hands down, Audi McKinney has the best customer service for an auto dealership! Over the past few years, we've bought 5 vehicles from Sewell. Kiran has been our sales consultant and goes above and beyond every time. During Covid, she personally delivered a car to us for my son’s 16th birthday! I absolutely love her! The fact that we keep going back speaks volumes.

I had such an amazing experience. Steven Rice took care of me from start to finish. He made it such a seamless transaction to pick up and drop off my vehicle even offering a loaner when it wasn’t ready. I would recommend Steven to anyone!

This dealership says they care about customer service and they actually go out of their way the moment you walk in the door. It isn’t a gimmick, at any point.
