Dodge City CDJR of McKinney

6 years ago we bought our jeep and truck from Dodge City. We had a great experience then, they went above and beyond, even helping out my husband's boy scout troop.
We went back to them and once again they exceeded our expectations! We love our jeep and truck. We will definitely go back again!

"John" the guy that helped us needs some sort of recognition! he went out of his way to help me and my wife out and did not have to. I can't thank him enough to help us with this small burden that was essentially a back breaker for us. If y'all don't value him enough.....I'd be glad to get him a job with our crew at the city. He's a special dude in today's society and we appreciate him more than I can express.

Update: The service is always friendly. It might take a little longer to change the oil than other places but they take care of my vehicle well. The last couple times they have also rotated the tires and washed the vehicle. My wife was happy I returned with a clean vehicle after getting the maintenance done today. Even took care of that lingering recall software update!

They're more honest than the Dodge/ Jeep dealer in Richardson! Don't ever go there!

Had a great experience. Bryce Boyd was our salesman and he was very helpful and did a great job. My husband bought a truck and that is why we ended up there as we had researched and found out they had what we were looking for. I also was looking and had no plans to buy but found exactly what I wanted so I bought an SUV. The whole process was pretty seamless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Would buy from them again.

Had a great experience at dodge city. I was in a hurry to make purchase and very short on time to do it. Salesman Anthony Addy sent me pictures of what they had available and started financial process for me before I even started heading their way. Purchased a shiny new truck and headed out of town by the end of the day. They helped me out a lot. I will continue to send customers their way.
