Great people, and honest, too.
But stay away from farmers branch. They sold me something. I had to make several phone calls. Then drive 2 hours to warehouse. I spent two hours looking for my item. Then after all that. They realized it was thrown away. No apology. Just sorry about my luck. But rene bates is great people.

They really need to let there customers pay with debit or credit card. It’s a big issue if you live a few hours away if you don’t want to wire the money.

These guys are awesome! I have worked with them for well over ten years, both personally and through my companies. They are, without a doubt, the most principled and honest group of people that I have ever dealt with.

Any problems? Of course we have, stuff happens. But any time there is an issue, the staff faces it straight-on. I always feel that the staff is working on my side to resolve the issue.

As I said, we've done business for over 10 years and I look forward to at least 10 more. When you've been in the same business for 50 years and continue to grow as René Bates Auctioneers has, you must be doing things right!
