Sheba literally saved the day for me. When another online florist told me 6 hours after I placed my same day order that they wouldn’t be able to deliver my order on that day, it was too late for me to place an order anywhere for same day delivery… and I was in tears…. until Sheba called me back and offered to help. She took my order over the phone and sent me a picture of my custom beautiful arrangement and delivered it within a few hours. I highly recommend Sheba’s flowers for quality & beauty but mostly customer service and willingness to help in an odd situation. Thank you again so much and I WILL be back for my next floral needs!!

Ordered for my wife's retirement and had one sent to her school (retiring after 36 years and 1200+ students). The flowers were just as described on the site, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. She was so happy with them. Ordered again for our party at the house and I am sure they will be fantastic.

I live in FTW and needed a local florist in McKinney to make an arrangement for a funeral the next day. Her shop happened to be open later than some of the others so I called 3 minutes before closing time. Thankfully Sheba took my call. I told her the amount I wanted to spend and and my only direction was to make the flowers cheerful and feminine. She nailed it. It's like she read my mind even though I wasn't able to articulate exactly what my vision was. The next day, true to her word, she sent a text and a pic to let me know they were delivered.
