Her shop happened to be open later than some of the others so I called 3 minutes before closing time. Thankfully Sheba took my call. I told her the amount I wanted to spend and and my only direction was to make the flowers cheerful and feminine. She nailed it. It's like she read my mind even though I wasn't able to articulate exactly what my vision was. The next day, true to her word, she sent a text and a pic to let me know they were delivered.
