To say that Becky is good at what she does and takes great care of her clients would be an understatement. The best way that I can describe working with Becky Rensing is that she is absolutely fantastic at being a realtor and truly was an advocate for us during the sales process. She always made herself available when WE needed her or had questions and always made us feel as if we were the top priority on her agenda each time we met. Becky told us how the sales process worked, what to expect with offers and negotiation, things we needed to “spiff up” around the house to make it presentable and most importantly, she was concerned with how the home sale would benefit us. After the professional photos were done(still photos and drone video) and our home was listed, it was as if you were watching a professionally made commercial and it was at that point we knew our home would not be on the market long. As a matter of fact, from the first meeting with Becky and the last meeting with her at the closing was about 28 days. What a great experience we had with Becky, she truly sets the Gold Standard in customer service.
