Prosperity Bank - McKinney Eldorado

My wheelchair lift broke and wasn't able to get back on my truck in the Prosperity Bank parking lot. I was out there for about 30 min in the 97 degree heat trying to fix it. One of the Prosperity employees brought me out a large cup of cold water. All the staff members are very nice and have always taken great care of me. I've been with Prosperity Bank for nearly 20 years and love the customer service. I believe it was called Viewpoint Bank when I first opened my account. Thank you.

Quick service in the drive trough

i visited this bank on wednesday. the workers at the drive through banking system were incredibly gracious and accommodating to my needs. we will be attending this branch of prosperity bank exclusively now, i think, as will my family. thank you to the team at this particular prosperity bank, we are so grateful for your kindness.

I really like the team here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Daniel - the manager - is very professional and ready to answer any of my questions. I am not great with technology but their online banking is really easy to use - thank goodness.
