“My wheelchair lift broke and wasn't able to get back on my truck in the Prosperity Bank parking lot. I was out there for about 30 min in the 97 degree heat trying to fix it. One of the Prosperity employees brought me out a large cup of cold water. All the staff members are very nice and have always taken great care of me. I've been with Prosperity Bank for nearly 20 years and love the customer service. I believe it was called Viewpoint Bank when I first opened my account. Thank you.”

“So, I rarely give reviews because is seems that anything less than a "five" is taken as an insult, where I think that a "five" should be reserved only for the truly exceptional. In mom's year-and-a-half stay at Villagio of McKinney, I can say that it HAS been an exceptional experience the entire time. From the caring staff (whom we've gotten to know well, as the turnover seems very low), the very involved and professional director, the meals (mom always complained about the food at her previous facility), the engaged activities director and the large, comfortable rooms, I cannot imagine that my mother could have been taken care of any better. In my opinion, if Villagio is not on your list of places to see, then you're missing out.”
