“First, I want to say I rarely make reviews but feel like the rating of this office is a bit incorrect. I was really nervous coming to this doctors appointment today because I have not had the best luck with many other doctors. I am pregnant and have hypothyroidism. The process of becoming a new patient was mildly difficult but the staff are all so nice and helpful. The office manager even gave me the earliest date possible to come in which was less than a 3 week time frame (which is good for most specialists in my opinion). While this was my first visit to this office, I can't say enough about Dr. Saddiqui. He is one of the only doctors I have ever felt heard from and took the time to break down my situation for me. I am grateful I chose this place and hope that the care continues.”

He even came on the weekends and after hours to visit my fiance at the hospital. He answered our calls outside of his working hours. He listened to our concerns and requests with an open mind. “Dr. Abbassi has been our marriage counselor on and off for about 6 years now. He's wonderful. He's helped us get through some really rough times and has continued to challenge us in our "maintenance" phases as well. He's very pragmatic, observant, and objective. We feel very fortunate to work with him, as he is a phenomenal resource and guide through the natural ups and downs of marriage. Additionally, their office staff has always done everything by the book: policies are very clear and adhered to, you are always made aware of charges before they take place, and they are always willing to have a conversation to rectify an issue if there has ever been one. Take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt, as New Horizons is a very well-managed practice and operates within the normal standards for this type of business.”
