The staff and ownership are the most friendly and knowledgeable professionals. They teach the correct methods to prevent injuries and make individuals stronger plus move better. (August 2, 2019, 10:24 am)I love The Blueprint Experience! My husband and I joined 3 months ago and it's been amazing! The classes are motivating, fun and challenging! My favorite is the Move class. I have noticed such improvement in basic day to day movements and learned so much in just this short time! The staff is so friendly, helpful and encouraging, as are the fellow members! The facilities are nice and clean with top quality equipment! The Fit 3D body scan shows the changes as you progress; which is also encouraging! The Blueprint offers an overall wellness approach to being the best you can be!
(April 4, 2019, 12:09 am)The Blueprint Experience, is not just a work out facility, it is a wellness center staffed with skilled trainers, purposeful classes and quality equipment designed to improve and enhance your overall well-being. I have learned so much about proper movement and body mechanics in my short time as a member.
If you are seeking a quality exercise/wellness experience the Blueprint Experience is definitely the answer. You will expect more from other fitness facilities after spending time at the Blueprint and you should!
P.S. The environment is positive and friendly and fellow members are encouraging and supportive. And guess what, FREE high quality filtered water is always available! :)
(March 19, 2019, 1:09 pm)After 15yrs in the McKinney area and memberships at many different gyms this is hands down the best one. Awesome classes. My favorite is the Move class. If you sit all day, then this class is definitely for you. Trainers are fantastic. Top of the line equipment set up perfectly. Limited membership means it is never too crowded. Great location in Adriatica. Come join!
