Jan at Thistle Floral Design was the most impactful, above and beyond vendor for our November 2021 wedding. She provided unbelievably stunning florals and structures, was an amazing communicator, and worked with us for some later edits and additions with minimal change to the cost. Throughout the year and a half we worked with her we felt a true connection as people, not just as a wedding couple who hired her and her wonderful team.

Jan was amazing with communication from the start. She was the only vendor to send a follow up email when I was slow to respond. We virtually met with six different florists and my husband kept saying that he had a really good feeling about Jan--one of the few wedding planning items he had a strong opinion on! She showed passion and kindness from the start, created a design board for us to communicate her interpretation of our vision, and was able to provide a chuppah structure (to be decorated with flowers and greenery).

Jan exceeded our expectations in many ways, especially on the wedding day itself (so beautiful)! Just one example: I asked her on a whim if she could create a bouquet for us to use for our engagement photos. It was very last minute, but she did!

Jan's arrangements are gorgeous. I was able to get some flowers for my wife at the pop-up flower stand in the Square in 2018 for valentine's day. I don't know if I've just missed the announcement of other pop-up flower stands around holidays or if this really was the last one. I'd love to see more of these =) Going to follow them on Instagram so maybe I won't miss future announcements
