(March 24, 2023, 2:40 pm)I joined the exercise coach McKinney the end of January 2023! The program has contributed to weight loss and also education to do working out and the importance of nutrition. I am not an athlete and have always had problems sticking to a routine. This program changed my relationship to fitness and food in a good way. The workouts push you to your limits but it’s only 20 mins! If you stick to it and have a good nutrition plan you will see results and feel great. The staff and owners are amazing and easy to work with.I highly recommend this place! Especially to busy people. 20 minutes twice a week and it is a full body work out!

The Exercise Coach concept is a wonderful program and has allowed me to get a regular workout in each week at my convenience.
The team really does a great job of seeing that my individual needs are met and that I get the most out of each session.
I am very pleased with THE EXERCISE COACH.

(February 13, 2022, 8:31 am)I like the size, the intimate close and personal instruction each Coach provides. The best part is seeing your progress over time. David is so encouraging and positive. Lauren is also supportive and shows care towards each member. I am so glad I found this facility and look forward to losing another 15 pounds over the next couple of months.
