  I love it. I love the atmosphere and the people there. Today was my first day and I must say I really enjoyed it. Christy is very hands on if you need help with a workout. This is definitely what I need to reach my fitness goals.

  Absolutely love this gym! The trainers are so welcoming and make each class fun! They push you to exceed your goals and help if any modifications are necessary. I’ve never been one to wake up early to workout but now I wake up excited and happy to attend the early classes.

  Everyone makes you feel welcome, trainers and other members. I love the workouts, everyday is different and trainers motivate you throughout the work out!! I don’t feel judged :)

  My daughter has been going to F45 for about 6 months and has been trying to get me to join. I finally broke down and tried it out. I liked it! Good workout and not too long! I’m going back tomorrow ?

  This was an intense 45 min workout that hit all the parts of my body I wanted to hit! I felt amazing after and I can't wait to go back on Wed! The instructor was motivating and very nice and the same goes for the other participants in the class. Great environment to get FIT!
