“This place is really AMAZING! From the time you walk in the front door, the greeting we received by the Receptionist was VERY WELCOMING & HOSPITABLE!!! She took the time to not only acknowledge us, but made sure that she accommodated us by asking us if we would care for a cold beverage, (it was extremely hot outside that day) & then took the time to ask & make sure that she was addressing our questions to get us to the right person(s)! The Director came out shortly after being called & gave us a VERY WARM WELCOME & then proceeded to show us around the BEAUTIFUL FACILITY! While we were touring Harbor Chase, the Director of Nursing, stopped what she was doing & introduced herself. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, as well! She was EXTREMELY WARM & FRIENDLY, & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the facility and ALL OF THE RESIDENTS! She explained to us how all of the staff TRULY CARES for all of the residents there, just like FAMILY, & ALWAYS LOVE to go above & beyond to meet all of their needs, and some! The dining area(s) were VERY clean, organized & very inviting! The residents rooms (that we were able to see) were really nice sized rooms, & the residents all seemed to be VERY COMFORTABLE & HAPPY there. I was REALLY IMPRESSED with our entire visit! This facility is EXACTLY where I would have COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND putting my loved one, KNOWING that they would be cared for 24/7! We are in the process of relocating our loved ones & once we get their financials squared away, we will be filling out the paperwork for them to come live at Harbor Chase McKinney!”

“My wife was a resident at Grand Brook Memory Care of McKinney. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a residential home for their loved one with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Memory care is all they do and they are very good at it. The facility is warm and welcoming, with nice resident rooms and several pleasant common areas to provide variety. There is a real family atmosphere there, and visitors are always welcome. The staff is very experienced and show real devotion to their work and real care and concern for the residents. They treat their residents with dignity and respect - like family.”
