“Excellent, efficient service today at DPS in McKinney! Previously appointments were booking out 3+ months in advance, but recently I was able to schedule an appointment for a name change on my license for only a couple weeks out. Upon arrival, I stood in the appointment line outside for about 2 minutes before I was ushered inside to fill out paperwork. Within 5 minutes my ticket was called. Eddie was excellent, very friendly as were his coworkers near by. Unexpectedly, I left with several local restaurant recommendations and a big smile on my face. With an appointment, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The employees are SO friendly here. “True street has been my #1 choice for performance upgrades, repairs, tuning, and maintenance now since 2018 I think or since I bought my supercharged raptor. Before that I was going there to buy nitrous for my track car. Always honest fair pricing, excellent work, I mainly talk to Clint but everyone there is down to earth and willing to answer questions. Just had my truck repaired there, was one of those needle in a hay stack issues but they diagnosed the problem and my truck is running better than before 👍👍 I really appreciate these guys and I'm glad I don't have to depend on dealership ford technicians who don't understand a modified vehicle to keep my truck running great. These guys will always treat you right and get you back on the road. As with any business communication is key and you have to know your own vehicle to some degree so you don't have unrealistic or unreasonable expectations. People are too quick to anger or blame for preexisting things, it shows they don't pay attention, or when it's going to cost $$ to get what you want but everything costs $$ and if you want to play you gotta pay according to what you want done. I said honest and fair pricing not cheap, their service is top notch and not Walmart just saying..lol thanks TrueStreet!”
