Doctors are always honest and thoroughly discuss any options for additional care. I never feel pressured, just informed of my options. Today was my daughters first cleaning. It couldn’t have gone better. As soon as she sat in the chair, they began describing all the tools and what they were and how they worked. This created a peaceful experience for my 4 year old. “Dr. Amy Chen is very friendly skillful and gentle. I had 2 cavities underneath my gum. She could send me for root canal and put crowns on both and charge me a lots. But she was trying her best to save my tooth not to put crown on. I am so thankful for her kindness. I am always scared to visit dentist especially the needles into the gum but dr. Chen is so skillful I didn’t feel any pain. The office workers are very nice with pleasant atmosphere. I enjoy to visit this office and strongly recommend to you.”
