“Nice stop to pick up some croissants. We picked up one each item they had, for breakfast treats. They have a great variety of croissants to select from. The service was alright, but we figured it was probably because staff was working on Christmas Eve. Chocolate and plain croissants were our fave, and they tasted good. It was also nice to see that they had a savory flavored croissant. If you're looking for a place that has good croissants and a variety of pastries, in the McKinney/ Frisco area, this is a good place to go to.”

Most importantly are the trainers-all are exceptional, Jason works directly with my two sons-one in college and the other in high school Both high level athletes. he does a great job motivating them, but not overwhelming them. They walk out of each session worn out but excited for the next session. They look forward to it, not dreading it. Jason is phenomenal, as you can see it with all levels of fitness. If you want to improve your level of fitness you will not regret investing your time and money there.”
