Texans Credit Union

When we moved here last July we needed a new bank. We could not be more satisfied in Texans Credit Union. They have been fantastic. They have met every need wit efficiency and professionalism. And above that they have been so gracious and friendly! My wife and I love our bank and superb staff!!!

Christina West and her entire team are incredibly refreshing - always welcoming, quick to help - and clearly knowledgeable about their business. If they don’t know an answer real-time, there is no guessing. They’ll find out for you. Fantastic!

I have been a Texans customer for >24 years and love it. Christina has demonstrated ongoing and outstanding personal service and partnership. I have needed that truly special effort the last several years.

Interesting that I recently moved some hours away from the closest branch (Hardin/El Dorado) and opened an account at another bank thinking I may someday move my business closer.

Time and time again, though the folks in mgmt may state their desire for my business - their day to day support is never even close to Texans CU.

I've had great interactions with the staff at the drive-thru and at the counter inside. The tellers have all been wonderful to deal with and informed me of CD promotions. I normally visit on the weekends.

I really appreciate Natalie’s ability to remember me coming in each month to make a truck payment. I have received excellent customer service from her and the team. I have been a member since 1981!

A young lady named Chloe was my teller today (McKinney, TX). She promptly and professionally offered to help me upon my entrance to the branch office. Her competence and attention to customer service was immediately apparent. I commend her for how quickly she accomplished the tasks I needed her to do. Texans management need to keep on eye on her - she’s “a keeper”! She represents the Credit Union in a most positive manner.
