  Michael, the manager, and his associates went out of their way to provide exceptional service on my recent visits to this store. My doctor’s prescription for my new lenses was not correct. Michael researched my past prescriptions and found that the new one was way off. Because he took the time to investigate, I will have the accurate prescription. Many thanks to the team!!

  Had amazing experience in Visionworks. They surely do know how to take care of their customers. My son’s specs were broken and they made an exception to replace it. I am their customer for life now.

  It's been many years since I've been fitted for glasses and admit I was super nervous about finally getting fitted. Tina and Michael were awesome and helped me find the perfect size and shape for my look. There was an 50% off deal going on today so I even ordered an additional fun looking pair as well. I appreciated their assistance and they made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. Highly recommend Visionworks in McKinney. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  We can say now that the customer service experience exceeded our expectations. Tina was fully engaged in making sure my wife and I had the products, the features and the payment options we needed to make our decisions. Tina took the right amount of time to answer our questions, share details and provide suggestions for us to consider.
  Tina has a low-key professionalism and confidence that builds trust easily. Tina (and Michael) provided the same friendiness and engagement when I came back for pick-up and sizing. Wonderful service!
