“This is one of my very favorite stores. My first visit back since February 2020. I truly enjoyed my visit. I purchased several very nice items from bath to beauty, clothing, and home. They were out of somethings I was looking forward yet I will check back soon. I usually would have dash around to several other locations yet I'll keep our safely as my first priority. “I had a very good experience going through this office. The manager and the staff were all super friendly and attentive. They explained things all throughout the process and were very patient while we worked our way through the decisions. I decided on some upgrades like the blue light filter and it has made such a difference in my glasses. I also ended up buying a pair of prescription sunglasses with anti-glare and I absolutely adore them for driving. They really do a fabulous job of reducing the glare. I bought glasses for myself and two kids and we were all treated very well. Our orders arrived very quickly and we were notified by text that they were ready. We even made some changes after we placed our order and tried them on for a few days and ended up making some exchanges and upgrades to transitions for my high school son. No cost for the exchange, just the normal cost to add the new feature. Also, my first pair of glasses were very uncomfortable for my head and they replaced them for free as well! Great customer service. Good communication. I wish they had a little more selection to choose from.”

“We were actually ready to go with Nebraska Furniture to do the flooring in our new home, and decided to stop by Palace Floors. Not only were they able to provide some savings in total out the door price with the same exact flooring (wood looking tiles downstairs, engineered wood upstairs) and materials, but they were very detailed in every aspect of their installation (verified with our own eyes). It wasn't a rush job where they were just trying to install the flooring as quickly as possible. They spent some time to make sure everything was installed correctly (on about 4000 sq ft of flooring). I waited a few months post install before writing this review to make sure everything was still good. We have no issues with our floors so far and are quite happy with Palace Floors!”

“We have been eagerly awaiting the opening of this store and we went in on opening day. We knew because of COVID we'd have to wait, but they had shade set up and gave us water (and a hot wheels for our toddler!) the line went pretty fast and they had a good flow to the store. We ordered and our rolls came up much faster than I expected for opening day. The flavors were awesome combinations and the buns were delicious! We will definitely be back!”
