Was greeted by the staff who are very, very friendly & nice!
Got a tour of the complex & the amenities are BEAUTIFUL!
From the lounge to the pool, it was great.
We got a tour of the newer phase 2 units & fell inlove.
The only downside id say is that there are no washer/dryer included, you have to rent them or buy them.
We ended up going with a different complex since this didn’t offer a garage but overall if it had a private/detached garage, we would’ve leased quickly!
Again, one of my favorite complexes in McKinney.
Definitely recommend checking them out!

I love the amenities and the location of the apartment complex is near everything you need. The apartment complex is brand new and beautiful. Everyone I’ve met has been extremely nice from the office staff to maintenance. What I appreciated the most is their customer service, and the positive friendly environment..

We’re looking forward to more businesses opening up in the area to make the neighborhood walkable and convenient for errands, restaurants and nightlife. Thanks, Luxia!
