(August 16, 2021, 1:24 pm)The staff was professional but I felt as if i was dealing with a machine.
The operation has become compartmentalized and isolated from each other. Forms and checklists overpower the one on one relationship. The Testing choices are limited to rules of various controlling interests.
As the public becomes more aware of their responsibilities of their own health, I was disappointed to find HCA was now doing their own lab work bypassing the trend data which I get automatically from Lab Corp for my Health App.
