“Someone recommended this spot last week. I am always hesitant to have sushi when I'm not near an ocean but took the recommendation. We ordered 3 rolls: Rainbow, Valentine & Spicy Killer. All 3 were awesome. I would order all 3 again. Presentation was super cute too! It took a bit to get our rolls but I'm happy to wait for quality food. I highly recommend FIT and all of its great trainers to anyone who is truly committed to their overall health and well-being! You don’t know what you are missing until you have a trainer like Rodney! Since joining FIT, I personally have increased my core strength, improved my posture, built muscle mass, lost nearly all the weight I’ve needed to loose, and reduced by 90 percent the aches and pains associated with the physical and metabolic inflammation common with poor diet and lack of functional exercise. Instead of just going into the gym to “lift weights” or “do cardio”, my training sessions are dynamic and challenging, taking into account core strength and proper nutrition for optimal performance. These sessions also promote longevity activities that balance cardio/strength workouts, clean eating, and stretching / postural activities. I can’t imagine not going to FIT any longer and actually look forward to my 30-45 min. sessions. Will, the owner is extremely dedicated to operating a great training facility. The atmosphere is warm an very friendly. The training staff are all top notch, dedicated to their client’s goals and success. The facility is clean and the equipment is great for functional fitness. This makes coming into the facility to train way more than a gym.”

“Our Savior Lutheran Preschool is wonderful!!! My daughter just started her fall classes and loves it. She is so happy to attend her class everyday! The teachers are fantastic and the director Ms. Florene West is a magnificent, caring and loving person. I'm very grateful to Ms. West because she found a spot for my daughter given the fact that the school receives so many daily applications. Everyday my daughter comes home with new words she has learned from her teachers. It is great to see how much she her learned already. The school also teaches Spanish, dancing, painting, gymnastics, music instruments and much more. Additionally, the school also offers an Extended Care hours Program for a very low rate. You only pay if you use it. In sum, fantastic preschool!!!”
