I had a wonderful experience at caliber Auto care in McKinney. Steven and Jeff were caring and genuine. I received three quotes on three types of tires, I selected the one Jeff recommended. I dropped the car off easily with no wait time and picked it up as agreed. It took seconds to check out and the total amount was exactly what was discussed. Steven was very kind and attentive.Facility was super clean and the staff are friendly. Thank you for taking care of all the little things that matters.

I am new to the McKinney area and was in need of a car care place that would take good care of all of my car needs. I contacted Caliber Auto Care, 2833 Virginia Parkway about a routine vehicle check. I spoke to Steven at the front desk and he was very nice and very informative. It made me immediately feel as if this could be the place and I know my car will be in good hands! I went in the next day and experienced even more great customer service from Austin, John and Joe. My car was immediately taken in and taken care of in a very timely manner. My experience was a very awesome one and I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!!!

The Caliber staff were very receptive to my request when I walked into the office. The staff were responsive in getting my car inspected quickly and followed up with me in a timely manner. They provided detailed information about my car needs as well. Very grateful for their services!

Our battery needed replacing. The customer service has been excellent on our previous visits, so I decided to drive there to ask if they had a battery for the Nissan. They did!! Installed it and I was back doing my errands in less than an hour. The price was better than purchasing it on our own and having my husband do the work. Thank you!!
