Everyone at ATI has been fantastic! They are very knowledgeable regarding your specific need of recovery. My tech Kevin is outstanding, very engaged and thorough. Chris provides the enthusiasm, energy & attitude - also extremely helpful from the management side and adjusting schedules as needed.

The staff at ATI, Dave, Kris, Tatiana, and Kevin are extremely learned in physical therapy. The staff is friendly and a pleasant sense of humor pervades the clinic. This makes the work much easier to do. I do appreciate the at home exercises that I have been given. The results of the entire experience are that I can walk easier again. I am thankful for that. I would highly recommend making this your physical therapy location. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. They really do get to know you and have an interest in your life. It makes a stressful time (recovering from injury) so much more enjoyable. I really was sad to no longer need to come anymore because I enjoyed being around everyone here. The knowledge of the entire staff is amazing. If a happy and fun environment is a priority to you for physical therapy look no further, this is the location for you.

It was also a perk as someone who has their name butchered everywhere I go that every time I came in they called me by name and I never had to correct a single person.

Every therapist at the ATI McKinney location is amazing! They greet you by name every time you enter. They take an interest in your personal life. They are friendly and upbeat, making your therapy more enjoyable. They take care in your comfort. I could see and feel amazing results after the first visit. I can’t brag enough about this team.

I had a great experience at ATI! Everyone was incredibly friendly, which threw me off a little at first. But it was definitely one of the many great qualities about this place. The facility itself is nice and it was never overcrowded. I feel as though I recovered from my injury a lot faster than I expected, thanks to them and their training. They’re all wonderful, and I’m glad that I chose ATI for my physical therapy. I highly recommend! 10/10
