Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance

So glad I found this place!! I went there to continue rehabbing my shoulder after a nasty humorous bone (shoulder) fracture. They are so conveniently located. The office is new, clean, well equipped and most of all, very tranquil. I came to think of it as my "zen" healing place. Katie knows her stuff and offers outstanding individualized care. She is patient, a great listener and collaborates with you in your healing journey. She keeps you moving at just the perfect pace. Katherine at the front desk is wonderful in working with your insurance and setting your appointments. They make a fantastic team and I definitely recommend this place!

Katherine at the front desk is always smiling and helpful! Katie my PT definitely has been good at listening to how my pain is doing (slipped lower disc) and helping me strengthen my core and stretch without re-injuring my back! I feel much better after coming in for my appointments. The clinic is clean and well lit. My one piece of advice would be for patients to continue the workouts every day or your muscles won’t appreciate you😁 5+ stars!!

Nice place good atmosphere clean office good customer service no waiting time. I enjoy going to my therapy with Katie the therapist she is wonderful and the customer service is great. Every time I go to my appointment I have no waiting time which I love everything seems to go so smooth helps me not to have to worry about it. I've been going there for 2 weeks and she's already starting to get me to feel better the office is very pleasant. I would most definitely recommend Katie and the McKinney office to anyone that would need any therapy done.

I am currently receiving services with Katie at the McKinney office. After a complete knee replacement my doctor recommended that I go to Achieve for rehab even though I drive almost an hour for my PT it has been a worthwhile experience.
I have never had any issue setting appointments at convenient times for me and Catherine is willing and able to make any adjustments I may have needed.
Katie is exceptional. She is willing and able to explain any question I may have about specific PT. She is vested in her clients, making connections and showing her concern. The therapy has been progressing well, the doctor is very pleased with this PT, as am I.
I would recommend this office to anyone. These ladies have made a difficult and painful experience much more positive, pleasant experience with their caring, kind, professional ways

My daughter has been receiving therapy here for a bit, the staff is amazing. She has improved so much and she gets excited to go see Katie. It's such a warm and friendly inviting environment. I would recommend a thousand times over :)
