What a haul! Tiara is wonderfully friendly, genuine, and professional. Her team provided exceptional customer service as well. They didn’t have the sofa that I wanted in stock, however, I left with many beautiful accents that were loaded into my car for me.

No pressure sales. We were greeted by Caitlin when we walked in. I was looking for a specific couch material and she pointed us in the right direction and let us browse. When I was ready Caitlin was with another customer so I was assisted by store manager Angie. She wrote down final costs and delivery dates so I could leave and discuss with my husband. We decided on a sectional in a different color than the one on the sales floor. Communication was great for delivery set up. I cannot express my gratitude for delivery guys Johnny & Pierre! I was a pain in the rear customer and they were cordial and kind the whole time. They carried in part of the sectional and I believed it wasn't microfiber like I wanted. Johnny called the store and we both spoke to someone (I can't remember her name, starts with a T). She was nice as well, I declined the delivery so the guys loaded back up and left to carry on with their deliveries. I went back to the store with husband in tow this time. Caitlin was once again very helpful and patient! My husband decided it was indeed microfiber and I had screwed up. Johnny was called and he graciously agreed to come back while the sectional was still on the truck. They already had 9 deliveries that day. When they returned Johnny and Pierre were just as happy and fun as they were the first time. Will purchase here again!

I have been shopping lately for furniture and so disappointed at the quality of most stores. I happen to stumble onto this store while in McKinney. I was so amazed when I walked in. How beautiful the store was it even had a beautiful smell to it and how attentive the people were but let me browse by myself but were totally there to help me when I needed it. I was really impressed with the quality of their furniture and I love their decor for decorating I’m still not sure what I want to buy there but I did get a gorgeous picture for my living room and a beautiful piece to accent it. After coming home and looking around at what I really need I’m definitely going back and to see what I can find.
I love the way they have decorated the store it’s beautiful the way they put everything together it really gives you great ideas. It’s a beautiful store and great people who work there.

Wow. You walk in and immediately get greeted by someone who is there. Justin worked with us and gave us the best experience. Not once did he push for us to purchase anything and he even moved furniture around to make our dream living room. Ended up purchasing a dining table and the deli every team was exceptional! Super respectful and made awesome conversation. Thank you Ivan Smith! I will definitely recommend to my friends who are looking for furniture!!

Ivan Smith Furniture was nice. It really wasn't my style, however I saw the quality and the prices were reasonable. Caitlin was wonderful. Exceptional customer service and very genuine. I feel if you are looking for comfortable furniture and at a decent price, Ivan's is great place to buy.
