My husband and I drive from Forney, Texas to McKinney to take appointments at this office! Not only is Dr. Swails an incredible doctor and surgeon, his entire office staff is top notch. Due to an immediate need to schedule an appointment, I was able to get an appointment with his new associate, Dr. Master, and found him to be excellent as well.

The entire experience was top notch. Dr.Swails and his team put me at ease the whole time I there. I was experiencing a tremendous amount of pain from an ingrown toe nail and finally decided to do see someone about it. He walked in the room, did a quick exam and explained to me what was happening. He told me exactly what he was gonna do to fix it permanently and how he was gonna minimize every bit of pain. He took his time and It didn't hurt nearly as bad as I was told it would. He did a great job! He even took an interest in my business and gave me some ideas to help me take the next step to grow!

The staff are all very friendly, there has been virtually no wait time from when I step in the door, and the doctor himself was able to show and explain to me what was happening with my foot. He then gave many options for how to lessen the pain and stress on my foot while it healed, and worked with me on getting a long-term solution in place. I would highly recommend Dr. Swails to anyone looking for a Podiatrist.

Dr. Swails is one of the finest foot surgeons there are. He is so pleasant and listens to you. I could not have asked for better care and never had any pain with my surgery. I would give him a 10 star if available.

Dr. Swails is absolutely the best! He treated my 92-year-old mother for painful corns and toenail issues. He has wonderful bedside manner’s and truly cares about his patients. My mother left there pain-free for the first time in months. His office staff are friendly and courteous as well.
