We got to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. They even give you an adorable stuffed animal with the sound of the heartbeat inside. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The coaches are wonderful and really put in the time to get to know you and your skill set to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. I was a complete beginner and a lot of the workouts made me nervous because I had never done anything like this before but the coaches and even the other clients are so welcoming and are willing to help you and coach you along. They have turned me into a forever customer. You definitely need to try it out!!”

Water from the catering kitchen taste like tap, but that’s pretty standard in the industry so I won’t knock them for it, it’s just a bonus. I Never got a response back - very disappointed. But the gym team have been on top of it Follow up calls are made for registration, answered questions and have been very helpful. “I was just learning about the benefits of yoga and meditation when Bryne began to guide me through the importance of proper breathing and how it relates to yoga and a balanced life. At first I was a bit reluctant to put my body into so many new yoga poses, but it only took me two or three private classes before I became more comfortable with my body. Now as a yoga beginner, I can easily do sun salutations, which are a series of poses we perform in a sequence to create a flow of movements that build heat in the body to warm-up at each yoga practice. I've even researched new things Bryne has told me about yoga and meditation, only to learn that she knows exactly what she is talking about. It's been less than a year, but I feel better. I even use meditation to calm my anxiety in a world filled with technology. I highly recommend Amrit by Bryne Boyer for anyone beginning a yoga practice or looking for advanced yoga classes. She is passionate about yoga and its benefits. Her great personality and listening skills helped me put together a realistic plan to reach my goals. Thank you Bryne for helping me breathe deep!!”

“My daughter attended TBG 11 years. From the age of 3 till 14 she spent an average of 4 days a week in this gym. I can truly say it was a treasured part of her childhood. I can not say enough good things about Tricia and her staff. Over the years we have grown to consider them family and the trust and faith they have displayed is far beyond we ever imagined we would encounter. I truly feel that the prices were fair and that they always had the families needs front and center in every aspect of their business model. The workouts are changed on a daily basis and there's always a trainer nearby to help out if you need it. It's an outstanding 30 minute high intensity workout.....and you don't have to know anything about kick boxing to get started!!! Highly recommended!”

I have had a membership at other nice gyms but this one leaves those in the dust. I wish I had time to list all the top 50 things I love about this place and staff including their amazing daycare! “Might have been the cleanest facility in the country. I was amazed. Front desk staff was friendly and answered all of my membership questions. Some of the Personal Training staff walked in while I was talking with another member at the front. We both spoke and they did not speak in return. I like the gym and have joined but after that experience with the Personal Training staff, I will most likely make my own plan for gains.”
