Good for a morning run as it's less crowded and you get time to unwind. Also well paved routes to follow in case you're going out for a jog or walking your dog.
Great for the kids as it has a swing area and slides too
Also, watch out for the park maintenance guys, they work around the park sometimes and it may get noisy
