“I had an incredible long-term stay at this RV park! The fiber optic internet was a game-changer, offering lightning-fast speeds that made it easy to work and stream without interruption. The shaded, covered RV lots provided a comfortable environment, protecting us from the sun and keeping the RV cool. I felt completely safe here; the well-maintained grounds and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made it a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic RV experience!”

“I Have 2 dogs, one is 9, the other is 5 and is never had to board them until recently. Well, it didn't start out very good, the 5 yr old female Shepherd started freaking. At 5 am the next day I had a flight to New York, but Clay ( Furry Guys owner), texted me like 7 times while I was driving home and wanted me to go back and get them. I explained to him what was going on and why I need to get to NY, And asked him if he can give her an hour to see if she calmed down. Well, she did, and they ended up having the best time of there, and Clay gave me an update and pictures every day. I will definitely bring them back, if I have to. Thanks again Clay”

“Recreational activities like swimming, gym available at the recreational centre. Soccer and football fields for play. Skateboard rink is quite a fun. Overall a good place but not ideal for small kids as there is no play area.”

“Nice little neighborhood park with a splash pad. The splash pad was great but the playground itself not so much. Older equipment that needs some maintenance. The playground seems to be mostly shaded in the evenings. There is a water fountain and pergola. The is also open field for team sports. The park is connected by trails for walking/biking. Parking can be tricky of the nearby school is open.”

“We want to share this hidden spot in Wylie...the Wylie Rec Center!! The workout facility in the Rec Center is awesome!! They have free weights, machines, and all kinds of options for cardio-including an indoor track. They also have a rock climbing wall that is available to kids and adults!! My kids LOVE coming to the childcare area-that is FREE with your annual membership!! The yearly cost for an individual membership is $175 for Wylie residents and $225 for an individual outside of Wylie. The staff is awesome, sweet to my kids, and they keep the whole place very clean!! It’s located just off 544 and Country Club...check it out!!!”

“The park includes a waterfall, walking paths, and a bronze collection of sculptures and plaques that display the Cattle Drive that passed through Texas decades ago. There is a lot of shade, natural springs, a pond, a creek and benches to sit on as you tour the park. Lots of photo ops here.”

“A gem in an unexpected area. Well groomed sidewalks grass and tree areas alongside the roads, occasional picnic tables, and benches, a playground, but if you venture off into the wilderness onto some of the impromptu trails, it's a real surprise. Limestone ledges and riverbed, small waterfalls, wildflowers. 300 yard hike and it's like your 20 mi outside the city.”

“If you live in the DFW area, this is a staple park. There’s 2 soft foam playgrounds + a splash pad. A public restroom, walking trial and 3 sitting areas. There’s even a dog park nearby. Add this fun activity to your to do list!”

“This camp ground is close to home so it was one of the first places we took our new camper. The views are AMAZING, and it is a clean and large campground. We did not use any other facilities so I can't speak to those but the only thing making it a little difficult is that 99% of the camper pads are not level, so taking an extra 10-15 minutes for setup is necessary. Overall we had a great trip!”

“Nice park with a long walking/biking trail. There are play areas for kids and also basketball court for older kids to play. There is also space for small gathering and events which is great. Highly recommend the walking trail, goes through wooded areas and small stream of water”

“Large park with a significant amount of modern, new playground equipment (installed 2021), a splash pad with a dump bucket, shaded picnic benches next to the splash pad and playground, a basketball court, several grass fields, a workout station and a ledge hanger wall for the advanced hangers out there.”

“The park is very huge . The main attraction of this park if the pond , the pond is small and have lot of fishes and turtles. There is a small children play area and small parking area also. One thing I don’t really appreciate is the cleanliness. The park needs little bit of more cleaning. It looks little darker, there is definitely room for improvement. There is a trail also you can walk. Sitting near the pool is relaxing”

“Love this park. My kids skateboard and scooter here often, and the older skaters are generally careful and respectful of the kids. There are three playgrounds, and all have some shade provided. Our favorite is near the baseball fields and has three levels of fun. There are walking trails and fields. There are restrooms and drinking fountains.”

“I am so impressed with this park. I have seen it since moving to Allen and just never thought much about it being so close to the road, but my wife was telling me about it the other day as she took our daughter and they saw a ton of turtles. Since the weather was so nice we opt to go to this park, brining some chopped carrots to feed to turtles and off we went. I was absolutely floored how cool this park is. My daughter loves going to parks (honestly just being outside), and when we go to parks she has fun, but majority of the time she plays for a few minutes but wants to walk around and explore. She has fun on the playground but rather look around. This park she didn't want to stop playing with everything. There is so much for small kids and bigger alike. There is a lot of sensory items, such as drums, bongos, loud flutes, fans, swings, slides, and a merry-go-round like devices that both me and my wife had to do lol. Personally, i really enjoyed playing with the pipes. She enjoyed climbing, jumping, and doing so much more. It was really awesome seeing her go! If you get bored with that it is a short walk over to the pond that was teeming with turtles that my daughter just loved. We counted 20 or so floating aroudn and there appears to be three different types we could identify (wish I took a picture of them). We cut up some carrot slices and fed them, which made her giddy. There is a nice covered patio with lots of chairs to sit and eat, while enjoying the atmosphere. This is honestly one of the best parks I have been to in Allen, and will continue to visit!”

“This is a beautiful community garden. You can lease a garden box and plant what you want. Many growers have successful gardens, so it is fun to walk by even if you do but want to garden yourself. As part of the Frisco Commons area, it is adjacent to two large playgrounds, a splash pad, and walking trails. There are restrooms and picnic areas nearby.”
Address: 10501 Red Cedar Dr, Frisco, TX 75035, USA
“The park has an area for younger and older kids. Same playground equipment for both. The only down side is the wood chips on the ground specially for the younger area, this place would benefit of a rubberized floor. There is a climbing wave type of area, a bit tall for the younger kiddos to climb, it looks a bit dangerous. There is a gazebo and some picnic table and 2 or 3 benches around the play area. There is also 3 equipments for grown ups to exercise, an elliptical, some bars and a arm row machine. There is almost no shade to the area other than the gazebo.”
