“I would give Dr. Al-Shareef 💯 stars!! He is very professional. We have been following up with him for one of my family members. He is the only doctor in the area who discovered the problem. We have been following up with so many doctors for no good results as if we are doing nothing. Dr. Al-Shareef knew about the issue through examining each and every part and through the MRI imaging. Now, since we knew about the main issue behind all this pain, the doctor explained the procedures and the solutions. He wanted to go step by step with all the medications before we end up doing the surgery. He is very professional and caring. He was able to give extra time and efforts. He cares about his patient. After my relative went back home, the doctor called him many times to check up on him and his health and the effects of the new medications. We will definitely continue with Dr. Al-Shareef because of many reasons. The main reason is his constant care. The location of the clinic is somehow far away from our home. However, we traveled all the way there just to continue with Dr. Al-Shareef. We are beyond blessed to find you! My father was blaming himself for not finding Dr. Al-Shareef from the beginning. I liked most that though I had not seen the doctor on my initial screening visit, he had obviously looked over my record thoroughly before the visit and was knowledgeable about my case and had a plan. He explained everything to me in great detail before and during the procedure which put me at ease because there were no surprises. He had wonderful bedside manner. I left knowing exactly what to do and what the expectations were for recovery. And it was easy to get a follow up appointment at a time that is convenient to me! “At this point, I believe I have been going to Dr. Johari for about 4 yrs. I can't think of any bad experiences, but I have thought of a lot of good experiences. After a Motorcycle wreck and a really bad experience at Los Colinas medical center, I went in to see Dr. Johari. The first thing she did was discuss pain meds, because what the other place gave me was nothing and I was in a lot of pain. I appreciated her attention to my comfort needs. Also, she has been patient with me and takes the time to explain things when I have questions. They are in and out of there as others have pointed out, but I don't mind. That efficiency and hustle means I wait less time to be seen when I arrive. However, they have never, in my opinion, sacrificed care for speed. The staff is efficient, speedy, and thorough. Dr. Johari is pleasant, polite, patient, efficient, explanatory, and seemingly knowledgeable. I have never waited long, my appointments are always quick, and I have always received the care I needed.”

“All doctors in the office are great and wonderful. My only complaint is the wait time. Me and my wife usually get there 5-15 mins before the appointment. We get in to the room usually pretty quick, nurses come in pretty quick but we had to wait 30-40 minutes for the doctor to come in one time. From entering the office to leaving you may spend up to and hour to an hour an 15 minutes. Besides that everything is great. If I notice the wait time shorten I will definitely change this to 5 stars.”
