Great service, I needed three things and had no clue how to navigate the store. An agent greeted me warmly when I walked in and showed me where to find my items. Took five minutes, without help would have been 25 minutes.

Plenty of staff on the floor that cheerfully answered my questions. Also, the various product categories were clearly marked that made navigating the store a breeze. The checkout was quick!

Great customer service with every employee there! So appreciated! Each had great advice on brands for what I was looking! Will come back again!

Everyone I've seen working here is kind and easy to ask help from, which I find especially relaxing while trying to navigate the place without years of cosmetics knowledge. Even the loss prevention guy is friendly! I don't know about other locations, but no judgment from this one :)

Everyone was very nice and helpful whenever I had questions about the location of products or needed help finding a specific brand! They were all friendly and the selection was great as always. I love coming here for new nail colors and they always have the reliable staples and not only "high end" brands so I love coming to Ulta whenever I can to just browse and see if there's anything new to try out!!
