He came to take a look at what I thought was a wasp issue and saw that it was just a small mud daubers nest! He took care of the issue within 10 seconds and told me not to worry about it because it's barely an issue. I was ready to pay for whatever the issue was, but to my surprise he treated me with kindness and told me "don't worry about it". Hale was very patient and showed me several different pianos over the span of about 2 hours and explained the differences between all the different makes and models. In the end I believe that I made a very informed decision and was very happy with the piano I chose, a Seiler ED-186 in polished ebony with nickel hardware. It's a beautiful instrument, has absolutely amazing tone, and the price fit my budget. I would highly recommend Metroplex Piano if you are looking for a new piano, just ask for Hale!”
